Hi,recently,I can't use collaborate and other services on my home PC.
if I enable it,it will be disabled automatic after one second.
unity show me "cannot enable collaborate" or all services window show me"no network connection".
when I go to unity dashboard to look collaborate/assets,it show me""unable to retrieve revision.(-1)".

I have one win10 PC and one mac in home, they are all in wrong.
    In win10 PC,unity hub is 2.0.3,unity is 2018.4.5.
In mac, unity hub is 2.0.3,unity is 2018.4.4,I cant get 2018.4.5,I dont know why it is.

And I also have one mac in company. The services is in work, but it is fail every time I upload, success after another trial.unity is 2018.4.5,unity hub is 2.0.4,this is the only PC can get 2.0.4,I dont know why it is...

I'm unity plus.I want to know what I can do to let home PC unity work.
And why I can get different version in different PC.

Hi @JnPri, have you tried running our Network Reporter Tool yet? If you could run it and send the generated report to me in a DM then we can figure out why you're having trouble connecting to Collaborate and our other Services.

Are you leaving your VPN running when you try to connect to Collab from the Unity Editor? Do the error messages change at all with the VPN running?
