Question Why Do the Soft Shadows not Work in ver 2021.3.21f1?

    Have just added URP Asset to a mobile project on Unity 2021.3.21f1 and it looks like there are no changes when the Soft Shadows checkbox is ticked. I would've marked this as a bug, but can see it is an old problem (URP + Android), which was fixed. However, in my case it isn't.
