For some odd reason Unity does not run anymore on my system. It loads up and then quits. I still have 13 days left on the demo.

I have used disk utility to repair permisions and it still does not work.

    Any ideas?

You should run the Report Bug application and send it as a bug report to us.

.... just before starting Report Bug, try running Unity once more. That way, we will be able to see any errors logged during the attempted start-up.

That way we will be able to debug the problem.

The problem has been traced to a bug in our 3DS importer, where Unity can quit unexpectedly when importing some 3DS files.

The bug will be fixed in the upcoming 1.1 release of Unity.

Cool! (glad it was not me)
Quick question, since this is a TIMED demo how will I be able to test the program out after the new version comes out?

    Thanks!

The bug in the importer was that it quit Unity instead of reporting that the 3ds file was corrupt.

If you'll remove the 3ds file from the project, you will be able to continue your evaluation. Try exporting the mesh as an fbx file instead of 3ds.
