Unity 5.6 - NavMesh Asset - Rebake deletes it from Source Control

    Hello,

    With the new Unity (5.6) whenever I regenerate the NavMesh (By pressing the Bake button), Unity deletes in the Source Control (be it Perforce or another), and then recreates it.... Without re-adding it.

    Thus, I need to reconcile my workspace everytime I regenerate it... That's annoying :S
    Any idea why? Solutions?
