Unity 2018.3.0f2 copying folders issue/bug?

    I import into a new project and everything is fine.
    I copy this folder into existing project, the Unity editor updates and now the folder structure has changed. Most of the images have been moved into the main folder, breaking everything. What is going on?

    This is also happening when importing to an existing project.

    Please provide specific steps to reproduce, and version of Unity that you are using. How are you importing? Is this a direct file copy in the file system? Is this a zip file?

    My apologies, it has nothing to do with the Unity editor causing this issue. The cause of the problem is a Reallusion plugin/script for Unity that I recently added to my project. Thank you for taking the time to look at my post.
