Unity 2017 and Android 12

Is there a way to make an app work from Unity 2017 with android api level 31 for android 12? I have managed to compile the apk without errors, and it works from android 11 onwards, but in Android 12 it stays at the Unity logo and does not load the first scene, without showing any type of error or notification in the log. Help!.
I can't migrate to a later version of Unity for technical reasons.

If I change to Level 30, everything works fine. If I test on android 11, everything works fine. But for the new Google requirements, must be at least level 31 on android 12.

Is the Unity Splash logo with another image in the background, to have a visual reference (other way you see only black at the end). The first scene should be the default empty Unity scene with the blue Sky.
