Texture Inspector Exposure Settings in 2020.3 only work on lightmaps?

    Is there a way we can have what I assume is the exposure slider in 2020.3 work without the texture's type being "Lightmap"?

    Here's a screenshot of a ScriptedImporter, which is importing a texture going from R=0 to R=3. There's no way to level it, so the bottom third is a gradient and after that it's R=1.

    Also, is it possible to adjust offset (i.e. be able to see negative numbers), or is it exposure-only? Not all textures are positive numbers these days... (although the ScriptedImporter is because Unity's texture import tries to make them so...)
