terrain detail eating up 1ms in culling on mobile

    there might be 100 mesh detail total and it's eating up 1ms of culling on tegra x1, which sounds excessive at 20 poly each
    terrain is set to upload_2020-9-26_9-31-3.png , which really improved draw but maybe terrain just isn't made for performance or maybe there is another trick?
