PS4 platform module installation opens page that does not exist?

    Clicking "Platform module installation" button, goes to a page that doesn't exist.

    Searching on google I found this.
    https://unity3d.com/platform-installation
    Clicking on learn more for playstation4. Takes me to a page that says access denied.

    Any other reference or documentation about module installation for PS4?
