personal license use only

    I found model but it have personal license use only.
    Can i use it when i give new texture or something else?

    Changing it won't change the terms of the license.

    The details of the personal license probably explicitly indicate that you cannot modify it for commercial use in any form. There are TONS of commercially usable assets in the asset store that are free or very, very cheap.
