Help Wanted Increase the viewing distance in Simulation mode ?

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a way to increase the viewing distance in Simulation mode, so I can detect the wall/ground from further away. With the actual settings it's a bit tedious as I have to move around quite a big to discover a large enough plane for my need.

    This is set per-environment in the Plane Extraction Settings on the root of each simulation environment prefab - changing the Max Hit Distance should do what you want.

    Oops, got ahead of myself there - that's actually changing the plane extraction max distance (for planes that are saved into the environment).

    For discovery simulation (where you drive the camera around in the sim view or play mode) it's a bit more complicated, but described in this forum post.
