HTC Vive Control Issues

Hello All,

I'm trying to setup HTC Vive controls and I am having a really hard time with it... Most of the tutorials are out of date and I literally cannot figure this out for the life of me... I really need help.

I have tried countless tutorials:

I'm not trying to do anything crazy, just teleportation and grabbing some objects. Can anybody show me a good way to do this?
