How can I create animation clip from a Camera at runtime ?

I want to make a clip that later to be played as a background on my main menu.
The clip I want to create I want to make it from a Camera at runtime while the game is running.

This is a screenshot of the Camera at runtime when the game is running.
When the game is running the space plane at the background is rotating and both soldiers idling with small moves.

I want to record at runtime the view from the Camera into a clip file so I can later play the animation in my game.
