HLAPI tutorial/cheatsheet

Let's be honest... The high level api of UNET has a lot of issues and can be quite difficult to understand...
At least for me it was! So after hours and hours of time struggling I thought I would organize them into one "cheatsheet" that I could refer to when I need a code snippet.
