Finding the velocity of the phone camera relative to an AR plane?

    How could I determine the 2-D velocity (both speed and direction on X-Z plane) of the phone's camera relative to an AR plane identified?

    I want to know this information before the user do anything so that when the object is created at the anchor point on that plane, it will be more or less staying on the screen, i.e. it will be moving with the same velocity of the user, and the animation can also be adjusted according to the speed.
