Exception: Failed running UnityLinker.exe 2020.3.12f1

    hello guys,
    when i am upgrading my project from 2018.4.30f1 to 2020.3.12f1
    i am facing this error
    Exception: Failed running D:\unity_versions\Unity\Hub\Editor\Unity\Editor\Data\il2cpp\build/deploy/netcoreapp3.1/UnityLinker.exe @"D:/bingo world master gitlab/Temp/StagingArea/assets/bin/Data/Managed/response.rsp"

    Anyone know what this error is and how to solve this ?
