Editor crash loading scenes in VR

    I seem to have encountered a strange and annoying bug in Unity.

    For reference I'm running 5.6.1

    I'm currently working on a VR project, and I seem to have a problem when loading scenes.

    When I run my menu scene and try to load the first level everything works fine, unless I'm actually wearing my Oculus Rift headset. When wearing my headset Unity seems to attempt to load the next scene, but the whole editor then just hangs completely.

    Any help would be appreciated, this seems to be an odd bug.
