So, I wanted to make a simple networked card game. I used uNet because i've used it before - but then when I went to enable Multiplayer services in order to actually use it online, the option doesn't seem to be there anymore?

There is now "Multiplay" but you can't enable it without contacting Unity directly, and it doesn't have any details on pricing. The old project that I have that used Multiplayer services (non-activated) no longer has details like CCUs visible (The game does still work). I suspect that's because the page no longer exists and is not the same thing as multiplay?

The official multiplayer documentation still says to enable the multiplayer option:

Use Mirror, I'm using it right now. It's pretty much uNet but just better, made by the community, constantly updated, and has a super active community. You can use your same code too! (But with some minor tweaks, of course)

The Unity Multiplayer Service is still in the dashboard. It is now called "UNet Services". The dashboard was redesigned since that documentation was written, and since the service was deprecated a couple years ago I guess they didn't think updating its docs was important. But the knowledgebase article on this still says the servers are getting shut off early next year. So please don't just now try setting this up.
