Does secondary texture on Sprite work with an Atlas?

    My custom shader doesn't recognize secondary texture in play mode which uses an atlas.

    I mean, maybe. :) Do you just mean the SpriteAtlas? If so then that is not a new feature, no. Or do you mean some other thing?
