Do I have to make sure people can’t spam click ads?

    We got banned from admob and think it may be because someone spam klicked ads. Could this happen to us if we use unity ads? If yes, what would be the best way to prevent it? Thanks in advance!

    I would make sure your app complies with our Monetization Terms of Service, especially our Invalid Activity Policy.

    Assuming that's fine, you can implement some kind of frequency limit, to limit how many ads are shown in a given day. You could store the number of ads watched and last time an ad was watched in PlayerPrefsand check that before offering a new ad.
