Unity Multiplayer Database Networking?

    Hello fellow developers, I am currently planning on working on a big open world multiplayer game. The only problem I am having is I am not very good at networking (I usually get assets on the asset store). I basically am wondering if there is any way to make a little program to build a windows/linux server so people can host their own server (i think I'm okay with the database part the server owners host that on their preferred hoster). Hopefully this made sense thank you!

    Database will save:
    - player money
    - bought cars
    - level and such
