Bug Credit card not accepted (acccount wide credit card access?)

    We have an expiring credit card on the services section.
    So we want to add a new one we tried 2 credit cards both were rejected.
    Both are used in the assetstore on the same day to buy assets.
    One on the very same account one on another account.

    As for the credit card we already use in the assetstore we received a test payment of 1 Eur.

    But it still said rejected.

    Why do you make it so hard for us to give you our money? :D
    Why can we not use the already accepted creditcard used in the assetstore everywhere? Like putting down once for the account and use it across all unity services.

    What can I do if (during sign-up) my credit card is not accepted?
    Please submit a support request here if you are experiencing problems with your credit card.

    Hi @BenjiM_Unity we did!
    And we got an answer tough when we click on the ticket link it leads to no where.

    We also deleted a second organisation which was not the one with the cloud content delivery / project we currently use but it actually had the correct credit card active.

    And on the other organisation with the content we still are stuck with the wrong credit card. Adding the credit card used for the removed organisation, which is also active on the assetstore account resulted in the same failure.

    The credit card ist not accepted by this organisation.

    Why dont you have all unity account creditcards stored at one place, selectable for each service?

    Unity ID Assetstore uses this creditcard.
    Services Payment Methods does not accept the same credit card. (which we also have to fill out again)

    That approach would get my vote too. The current approach requires far more admin when cards are updated or changed.

    Might you be able to share the error message, in English? You are not able to reply to your support tickets?

    The link is valid for me, we replied on Monday. Did you receive the reply? You might want to try the following as a test:

    * Use a different browser
    * Use a different network, like your phone hotspot
    * Ensure you don't have any ad blockers in your browser or router
