i have a simple game running and its working fine on my pc
even if i build it it runs ok and i can use the matchmaker
    nothing is wrong at all

but when i send it to my laptop i get an error saying
(Failed to read the ID for the match maker, please set the Cloud Project ID string in the player settings)

even though i sent the built exe and not the project folder
i disabled the firewall and the security software
i ran it as an administrator
    but no luck
i am using an asset called Log Viewer link (!/content/12047)
it makes you see the errors inside game it works exactly as the unity log you can understand
as soon as you see it
to view it in game click left mouse button and make a circle
don't forget to run it as an administrator
    here is the link

i think unity is not saving the cloud id when it comes to moving files from one pc to another
so it might be saved in the documents or something else?

i hope i can fix this error i have a bad feeling about it :(

I have this same issue! From what I can tell this value is pulled from the PlayerPrefs :( which Its not clear how that would work on remote machines.
