'Cannot submit change to server'

    Hi i'm trying collab for the first time and i get a 'Cannot submit change to server' error when trying to publish for the very first time. The message in Editor.log is
    I ran unity_network_reporter.exe and attached the file
    Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Just in case:
    Unity 2017.3.0f3 (64-bit),
    OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
    Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299
    Country Argentina

    I'm getting the same issue too, my whole team can't publish anything, check on the Unity Services website and get these:
    (3) Unable to retrieve revisions. (-1)
