2019.3a11 HDRP Bloom Seemingly doesn't apply

    In a new HDRP project with Unity 2019.3a11 a scene with only the following, bloom does not seem to be applied to the cube (nor any object). [HDRP 7.0]

    The cube's material is using a basic HDRP/Lit shader, with the emission set to any color and intensity set to 2 (I have tried with 10).


    The volume ONLY has Bloom and on any intensity, the cube remains to appears to have emission but no blur or "glow" around the object:

    i have the same problem(( any ideas?
