[2017.2.0b3] Services not working

    No Unity Services are functioning. It won't connect. At the top of the services panel all I see is an error "Cannot read property 'sort' of undefined"

    Ok so I tracked down that issue. Appears Unity uses NodeJS and my firewall was blocking it. However while I fixed that error, now I still can't use Services because I get a new error saying I don't have permissions. "You do not have permissions for this action" when opening the services panel.

    I have the same "Cannot read property 'sort' of undefined" error on 5.6.2
