Question Zombie Rotation Bug

Hey everyone!
I have a weird bug. The Zombie is rotating like in the Picture when he gets close to me, i don't know why, and i've tried freezing the constraints via script and in the inspector. That doesn't work. And i don't have any idea how to fix this

 

I think it rotates because of the AI to follow the player at the exact direction, you can add animation to your model for running, it can get better.
