It's a scaled down version of ZBrush, but doesn't support FBX export and just has basic 3D painting capabilities, whatever that means. Wondering if this would work okay using OBJ as the export format to get models into Unity. I know there is a free asset to import OBJ files into Unity, but not sure if there is extra hassle with doing this? Maybe it would work fine importing the OBJ file to Blender, then doing the rigging and maybe painting there, and doing an FBX export to Unity.

With Core you could sculpt a character or create morph targets and use it in combination with Blender for optimize (retopo), uv mapping. Normal Map-baking and rigging .

Generally one processes zbrush models exactly the same, so it's a matter of if 20m triangles is enough to describe your model before retopo.
