Question Your organization has been locked.

    I got this message "Your organization has been locked. ------ for violation of unity gaming service terms ----", yesterday. It seems like it is decided by an algorithm rather than a real human being. I used unity meditation beta version on my android game. and recently I removed it and used admob meditation. also used unity ads as a waterfall ad sources. that is the only thing I changed recently. something triggered unity algorithm to detect something and it locked my account. I understand this can be happened. It said I can make an appeal which I did immediately. but now it has already pass 30 hours and no human being is assigned to my case. All I get are automated replies. I am really sad right now because I can't use any service like CloudBuild which I paid and also I can't change anything in meditation. Is there other peopled that experienced this in the past? What should I do now? locked.jpg

    I have reached out to our fraud analyst team, and they haven't found an appeal request from you, this is either because the request is being processed by our system, or you haven't filed it.

    If you believe there is a mistake that leads to your organization's access being taken away, you can submit an appeal request by following the "appeal request" link for your organization. You can find the link at the end of the error message in your screenshot. You can then send the information about the request here to quicken the investigation process. The appeal will be handled by our fraud analyst team. Please note that the fraud team needs to wait for 48h for the system to process with the Publisher’s appeal ticket, after that, we will try to help you resolve the situation.

    30 hours?
    They do not answer me for 2 weeks.
    I invested $300 into my account now it is blocked with no reason.
    NO one is answering me.
    My ID was blocked so i have to start a new one.

    will ever somebody answer me?
