Question "You Need Unity Hub" but I already have it..

I was making a game as usual and I accidentally deleted the collaboration package and I wanted to install it back so when I went to "collaboration" (where you can publish and download the files) it said "Set Project ID", I pressed on it and it sent me to Options -> Unity Services -> Collaboration and then it said "Sign In" I pressed that and then it said "You must install the "Unity Hub to Sign In and use Unity Services" but the problem is that I already have Unity Hub and I don't know what to do, so what do I have to do?

(in the picture you can see the following: "Collab" button, the "Collab Tab" that says "Set Project ID", "Unity Collab/Unity Services" in the "Options Tab", "The Options Tab" that says "Sign In", the "Message" that pops up and says "Install Unity Hub...", and last but not least "The Unity Hub" ("App") under that Message.)
