Bug you can't press "Shift + any input"

i found this issue, so in my case i have a Controller for player that will do Run Animation when we press Shift + Movement (w,s,a,d), and it's not workng, but somtime it's called but the movement input will be always called even though you do not press it,.

and in another case, i have a Drum game that will play a sound when i press "Shift + p" or "Shift + (any button)" , and it's not working,.

i hope it's fixed soon
