Bug XRGeneralSettings.Instance null reference

    I've been Using Steam OpenVR for a couple of months without issue in 2019.4. After upgrading to 2020.3 and opening the Unity project and running, XRGeneralSettings.Instance is null.

    This can be easily resolved by opening Project Settings and selecting 'XR Plug-in Management' from the list on the left.
