Question XR Plug-in Management Grayed Out

    I currently have Unity 2020.2.0a16 and I am using the latest version of XR Management. I have the SteamVR package installed. My problem is to enable steamvr I need to click something in XR Management but it is currently greyed out, is there anything I can do?

    (Assuming WIndows here) The quickest way to deal with this is to open your registry, navigate to `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unity Technologies\UnityEditor 5.x` and delete any key that starts with XRMGMT.

    I was able to fix this by going into the package manager and updating my XR plug ins it took two seconds

    It is also greyed out if you go into project settings while in game mode. Stop game mode and you should be able to edit the project settings.

    Had the same issue, turns out I needed to uncheck OpenXR box first.

    this was my problem too.
    unchecking openXR let ungreyed the Oculus tick box in XR Plug-in Management
    and allowed me to check the radio button
