Xeon CPU make u3d game not good

i make a u3d game.
run it in tow computer.
4-5 minutes later......

i7 cup


xeon 5 cup


e5 cup become full and game not frequently, but FPS looks like ok.
i7 cup ok, and game very frequently.

i test on another i5, xeon7 cup computer. also xeon serial cup become full after some minutes.
is it Unity3d's bug?

how to solver.

now i find x86 exe make this bug. release x64_x86 no bug.
