XCode Update: You have updates available for other accounts.

    Hi there,
    I have tried to ask in the Apple forums but a "new thread" page continuously comes up blank. I want to update XCode to 4.5.1, however when I try I am given the warning, "You have updates available for other accounts. To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it."

    Answers online seem like there is a huge issue, however, I was not able to isolate why I am getting this message. If anyone has any advice, please pass it on.

    On a related note, since I still can not post in the apple forums, is there a safe, trustworthy way to reboot my iDevice to an older iOS?
