    Hello,

I'm trying to export my game to IOS.
This game was already tested on Android and WebGL and works fine on these platforms.
Some users want to run my game on their IOS devices this is why I'm trying to export my game to IOS.

First of all I don't have a macintosh and I don't have an IOS device neither. (Too expensive for me even if I buy a low cost ipad and macbook and the people I know that have a macbook or an IOS device are too far from me).

I use VMWare to virtualize MACOSX and I installed the latest version of XCode.
I build my application with Unity3d5.5 and run it with Xcode and the Simulator, it seems to work.

I create my apple developer account and pay the license.
I create my application on ITunes connect.

Now I want to import my application on ITunes connect.

I read that I need to create an archive of my application with XCode.
However when I try to create the archive I have this error on the console of XCode.
"Failed to create provisioning profile. There are no devices in your account on the developer website. Plug and select a device to have XCode register it."

I understand that I have to connect a IOS devices to XCode and register it to my apple account but as I said before I can't get an IOS device.

How can I package my application and publish it without an IOS device ?
Does a solution exist for my problem ?

Hi, it's not possible unfortunately (at least, this workflow is not supported by Apple).
