XboxliveUser is not registered?

    Hello, gentleman. Does anybody runs an exception like this?

    The project runs very well before I upgrade VS, I saw the official notice about 15.3, so I downgrade to 15.0 manually, but this issue still exists...
    PS: I assume this definitely won't be an xboxservices.config missing issue because I never make any changes on that(Copy always, Content)

    OK, I think I've fixed it...I use another laptop, install nuget files and set pacakge scource to local folder.
