    Hi,

I have a product out on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

It uses WWW to get access to some static files on a Google Cloud hosted static bucket (via HTTP not HTTPS).

I have a bug report from a user using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13.3

The bug report is that on accessing the feature that needs to download the static file the app shows the error "Cannot connect to destination host"

I have checked that they are connected to the internet and that they can download the file through a browser, so it must be something in the way my app connects. The app has been through quite a few rounds of testing on different devices and this is the only one I have heard about failing in this way.

I do not have access to iPhone 11 Pro Max hardware so I have used the device emulator in XCode to check and it all worked fine.

I realise now on reading more documentation that I should upgrade to using UnityWebRequest for these calls and I will do so, but I wanted to know if there are other things I should do in an attempt to fix for this user and their device. I will have to go through an Apple release cycle to get this new build to the user and at this point I cannot recreate the bug.

    Any advice appreciated.

For what it is worth the user reinstalled the app and everything worked as designed. I am at a loss to explain it but will just chalk it up to weirdness. It has a positive outcome for me since I spent the time reimplementing WWW with UnityWebRequest.
