Wrong info link on the Cloud Diagnostics Dashboard page

    On Unity Dashboard -> Cloud Diagnostics -> Manage Symbols there's a "Learn more" link that opens a file upload dialog and does in fact not enable me to learn more.

    I reported this via the editor bug reporter too, but I doubt it will get noticed since there wasn't an attached project.

    Edit: oops, probably should've posted in the pinned dashboard thread.
