    It's probably a matter of the mesh being configured differently than the script expects.

    I'd advise against using the Unify wiki for virtually anything. There's no one maintaining the poor thing and it needs to be put out of its misery. It hasn't received any significant contributions or updates in a number of years, and since Unity keeps getting updates, the wiki keeps getting more and more outdated.

    In this case, head-looking is better handled in modern Unity versions with Mecanim and Inverse Kinematics.
