Question Wrong account issue

    plastic in Unity keeps telling me that I'm using the wrong password and I can't access the plastic panel.

    But I can log in to plastic and unity with the same account, and use the plastic client to act normally.

    So i deleted the client.conf file and sign in plastic through unity, and found that there are two accounts using my email address. How can I completely delete that unused 'On-pre' account? I want to make sure I use the correct 'cloud' account instead of the empty 'On-pre' account in plastic every time I log in.Please help!

    Hi, if you want to re-configure a Plastic client from scratch, you can delete the following folder "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4"

    The email is what identifies a user at plasticscm.com (it's the user name). So it shouldn't be possible to have multiple accounts with the same email. Or are you using UnityID?

    Thanks for your reply!Yes,i'm using Unity ID to sign in plasticscm.I will try your suggestion when I get home.
