Looks great! A few questions ...

Is there an exterior, or facade props? Or does that require the purchase of Walking Street?

And basically the same question for bathroom, office, entrance ... and any other parts I might be forgetting. Kitchen? I know you have a separate kitchen kit, but maybe it would be helpful to add swinging kitchen doors for integration ...? (Swinging black doors with circle windows and a scuff pad at the bottom, I guess.)

It's fine if this asset is just the main interior ... I'm just not clear on what all is in the kit. A picture from an earlier post shows there is a club bathroom, but I don't know if that's in the final version.

I also think you might want to develop a couple of different looks / styles for the presentation. Not required at the start, of course, but I can see where someone might want a more sci-fi looking futuristic disco, while someone might want a more retro 1930s art deco ballroom / jazz club look. Some might want a cheap / grunge look. Not that you'd need to make new props, just select out of your existing props for things that would fit, and maybe change color schemes a bit. That would show off the kit's versatility.

The estimated price of asset is $ 95, if I include Walking Street exterior asset, then the price will be even higher. Therefore, maybe I will add a scene with an exterior from Walking Street and those who need an exterior will simply purchase this asset and get a full scene with interior and exterior.

First release will contain this list of assets:
    1. PBR Stage Equipment
    2. PBR Bar Props
    3. PBR Interior Props
    4. PBR Doors
    5. PBR Restroom Props
    6. Night Club modules

In the next version a kitchen will be added too, as currently there is no Kitchen interior example
PBR Doors Pack already contains swinging doors for Kitchen (colors are customizeable)

I plan to do only modern and futuristic interior variations. For example, what a futuristic bar looks like

That's reasonable. Though I think a person could make a good portion of an older looking set simply by using the disco ball, the sweeping staircases, the stage, and marble and carpet textures for the flooring. Maybe use a simple elongated marble cube for the bar counter, with the bottles stacked on shelves against the wall, and possibly a few other props from the kit, like black leather couches and some round tables, velvet ropes at the entrance, and the cocktail glasses.
