Workaround for bug: unable to resize tool windows (KDE)

Currently there's a bug which sets the minimum geometry for a window to its current size, effectively preventing resizing windows (you can make them bigger, but not smaller).

For KDE users, you can work around this by setting an application window rule: Force minimum size and disable obey geometry restrictions. Other WM users can no doubt also work around this by modifying window properties with xprop.
