Won't let me activate my account?

So I was trying to install unity after installation I made an account logged in but the problem is it won't let me pass through license management I've selected professional then next then everything was going well then suddenly I wasn't letting pass again I was probably filling the options for what type of platform I want to make games on and stuff like that. So I exited it. Then open it again then this showed up telling me to reactivate

So I clicked on reactivate but now I'm stuck at license management I would click on Unity Personal then it would say activating or something but after that, it would just go back to license management I can't get pass through it, please help. Thank you

I'm also having this issue, I use Unity as a hobbyst, so Personal is my license choice. I'm now in a "checking license status", waiting. Did somthing big happen licese related? How much do we have to wait until our license is approved or reactivated?
