Wither Licensing Terms?

    Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought that you folks had promised to include a text document (or something like that) listing the specific terms and licensing requirements for the Pro and Indie versions of Unity with version 1.0.1. But, I don't see it anywhere in my Unity 1.0.1 directory.

    I know I keep harping on this, but it is important. Until you formally promulgate a single, comprehensive, legally-binding articulation of the terms of use for Unity, I can't imagine many serious developers using it - no matter how undeniably awesome a tool it is.

    Sorry, we planned to put it in there but forgot. It's on the website now (linked from the FAQ)... for the record: http://otee.dk/License.html

    The FAQ contains the important points which is really not what it says, but what it doesn't say: no hidden per-product or per-platform license fees.
