Wire Payment Issue

Hey guys.

If someone who receive wire payments from Unity really received it already?
I see in my publisher desk they sent money at 2019-04-03.
But I don't see a dollar on my bank account still.

Someone have same problem?

 

Wrong part of the forum to ask such thing. And now they just send an info email telling you how much you'll receive prior to actually transferring the funds.

 

Who are they? People from the forum?

Yeah the internal asset store publisher forum / support ticket, you surely have asset store staff email, right? Is there not a specific channel for authors to go through? if not then I would recommend Unity create one. Authors should never go through a forum for delicate matters such as private finance, my 2p.

You should have a separate channel of support considering you are actively generating money for Unity, and these forums are for general users to develop with.

Unfortunately I was banned permanently from the internal asset store publisher forum because of hateful speech several month ago.
I had answer from support 10 days go that I will get money this week which is didn't happen.
I think next step will be shooting on the spot. (joke)
