WIP: Runner

So today I came up with a little obstacle course style game called Runner. Each course will have a unique style and obstacles. Get to the teleport at the end to see the hidden secret!

Play in fullscreen and sound up for best experience.

 

Dammit! I got....um....I won't spoil the surprise.

Liked the "Matrix Code" running through the level...but that's it. Now if you can make something that looks like mirror's edge, then I will have no doubt about Unity's graphical power (or your graphics skills).

 

Where do you live? Because I am driving there right now to kick your a...... lol ok as odd as that was I did chuckle

Oh and like I said, work in progress. The game will definitely look better.

 

so... I'm kind of copying you here, but I decided to write my own Parkour game!

I like yours... the matrix code thing is cool and the arms look nice. One thing I've done with mine is I've included an entire character model. Even though it's in first person, you can still add a better feeling of motion with an entire actor. I just create all of the animations, then I parent the camera to the head, so it sways properly when he's jumping, rolling, falling... ect. Good overall, Keep on workin'!!!

 

This whole thing was basically a learning thing for first person animation components, I don't mind what you do
