After the release of City Builder: Urban I started work on a new asset but this time with a sci-fi twist.
I was so happy to see all the support on City Builder: Urban and want to continue to bring high-quality AAA assets to the asset store.

Just like before there will be a giveaway of this asset to the 2 best feedback and ideas posted to this thread.

This asset is now available for HDRP, URP, and 3D pipelines

I really like your work! Great quality and nice demoscenes you are showing off there..
I can see how this asset can be used in a nice sci-fi Hoover racer maybe. Or a GTA sci-fi twist type..
Great fun anyway - Looking forward to see it live on the assetstore!

Rain on surfaces thanks to the unity shader graph. About 1 more week and this asset should be ready to submit

I think bus stop like advertisement boxes would be a cool addition. Also, neon signs?
