    Hey everyone!

I'm Dmitry, Indie Game Developer. I'm working at this moment on a new mobile project for iOS and Android: Animal Adventure Downhill Rush

This is a dynamic arcade. All you need is just control the sledge movement. Basically it's simple (left and right buttons and both at the same time - player ability).

I'm using lowpoly style in the game. Basically I just like it so this is the main reason why I decided to make the game in that style :)

At this moment I'm working on a new levels for the single mode.

I'm planning to start a beta testing in October (or November). It depend on the estimates.

Let me show a short video of the new industrial level from the game:

Thanks! Feel free to share any thought about that :)

Beautiful. Can't wait for the release. Are those levels dynamic generated or fixed?

Fixed. All levels created manually. So it's not like an endless game.

I see. Then the level design should be more harder and challenging.
Randomness can be implemented even it's not an endless game.
So in every run there's little bit of different, more interesting, just my opinion.

I don't know why suddenly in my head...

Oy, pepsiman, ha, I know that game. It's awesome! :)

In terms of the level design. Yes, I have some tips to decrease the development time. For example the rope has been created using the script. So there is just few clicks and the rope is added into the scene. Also I'm using prefab painter, it's seriously improves the development time. For example I save a lot of time per the fence placement. I just draw the line using the mouse and the fences are added and aligned per the line. Or any other stuff like trees, rocks and so on. I just clicking the left mouse button and it's added to the scene with a random rotation, scale and it's aligned per the terrain. Terrain consists of the multiple models which can be linked between themselves by different ways. It's like a puzzle :)

I'm happy to release the beta version of the game.

The game is available on Google Play

If you have a chance to take a look at the game it would be awesome to see your feedback!

    Just gave it a try.

I think it looks superb. Very nice ultra low poly look with great color & lighting fx. I didn't get what all of the GUI was for and found that part very confusing. I mean when I first launched the app I was able to jump right into playing. After that it took me to this rather large and complex sequence of GUI that I had no idea why I was there or what the shortest path was to get out of that and back to actually playing again. I almost shut it down but luckily clicked something that made BEGIN show up so was able to play again.

I'm terrible at it with my play sessions lasting no more than a few seconds but I imagine that is directly related to me doing such little mobile gaming (only time I play mobile games is playtesting dev's games). Performance was great no issues with that. Everything felt very solid and well done. There is a great sense of speed and it is all very smooth.

It's not something I would actually play despite liking many aspects of it simply because it isn't fun to only play for 2 to 3 seconds and see -1 LIFE and that's it. lol BUT again I think for most mobile gamers that won't be the case and their mobile gaming skills will be far higher than mine.

Overall it is very nice work.

Thank you so much for the detailed review. It's very helpful information. Looks like I have to review the UI flow in the main menu... In terms of the difficulty. Yeah, I'm working on it. I'm trying to make the game more comfortable for everyone. I will try to improve all of that during the open beta testing.

I've not played it yet but I love the lighting. Awesome job.
Also I wasnt really sure about the theme "Animal Adventure" but seeing the deer in action gave me a chuckle. All round looks great.
I'll give it a go later today.
