[WIP] Advanced Glitch/Hologram FX Shader

    Hi
    Im working on an Advanced Shader to create some pretty Glitch/Hologram Effects on our 3D Models...Still WIP... i will Continue to add more controls and if people like it i guess i will share it on Unity Store...and there is what i have so Far :
